First Course: Watermelon Caprese – watermelon, heirloom tomato, arugula, balsamic reduction.

Paired with the 2021 Levendi Perspective Chardonnay.

Second Course: Lobster Roll – Lightly seasoned, brioche bun, salted vinegar chips.

Paired with the 2022 Levendi Rose of Pinot Noir.

Main Course: Grilled Flat Iron Steak – Chimichurri Sauce, Roasted Fingerling potatoes, Grilled asparagus.

Paired with the 2020 Levendi Symphonia Red Blend.
