The 2017 growing season kicked off with abundant rainfall and a mild Spring. High heat in early Summer, but with cool weather at times. Harvest took place on October 3 and 11, due to the Wine Country firestorm.
Tasting notes include tropical fruit on the nose, moderated by beautiful vanilla oak aromas. Pineapple and mango flavors mix with classic lemon and green apple. A rich, velvety texture through the mid-palate, and finishing clean.
