First Course:Gamberi alla Griglia. New Caledonian blue shrimp brushed with aromatic herbs, capers, and Tuscan olive oil, served with romesco sauce                                      and Persian cucumber salad.

Served with 2022 Sauvignon Blanc

Second Course: Ravioli di Manzo. Large short rib ravioli in a light porcini mushroom sauce with veal reduction and a touch of cream.

Served with 2020 Symphonia Red Blend

Third Course: Stinco di Agnello. Barolo wine braised lamb shank served over potato pureé with roasted root vegetables.

Served with 2020 Levendi Rutherford Cabernet Sauvignon

Fourth Course: Crostata di Albicocca. Apricot tart topped with mango gelato and butterscotch.

Served with 2021 Late Harvest Chardonnay
