Returns & Cancellations

All wines sold or shipped leave the winery in “mint” condition. “Corked” wines should be returned to us within six months of purchase and within 72 hours of being opened along with a copy of your receipt for replacement or refund at our sole discretion. Levendi wines purchased from other sources are the responsibility of that vendor. Wines exceeding 4 years of age are sold at the buyer’s sole risk. Shipping of all wine is at the discretion and direction of the buyer. You are engaging us as your agent for shipping purposes. We make no warranty regarding the legality of shipment of wine to certain states. Residential deliveries incur a surcharge. Shipments returned to us due to buyer error, absence, or failure to respond to delivery notice, refusal of shipment, etc. will incur a 15% restocking fee and any additional re-shipment charges. Shipment of wine during hot weather between April 1 and October 31 is at the sole option of the buyer. Such bottles are usually fine if consumed over the next few months. We regret that we cannot be responsible for the weather in transit or at the destination. Any claims should be filed with the carrier.
